How do I book a transfer or excursion?

You can book via our online form, by WhatsApp at +212 667 507 496, or by email at contact@redhanatours.net.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash (euros or dirhams), bank transfer, PayPal and Wise. A deposit may be required for multi-day tours.

Do the drivers speak French or English?

Yes, all our drivers speak French and English. Some also speak Spanish.

Can I cancel for free?

Yes, cancellation is free up to 7 days before the service date. After that, fees may apply.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number. In case of delay, the driver will adapt the pickup at no extra cost.

Are the vehicles air-conditioned?

Yes, all our vehicles (sedan, van, minibus) are air-conditioned and regularly maintained.

Do you offer baby seats?

Yes, baby seats and booster seats are available on request (free of charge).

Can you organize custom itineraries?

Absolutely. We specialize in tailor-made circuits. Just tell us what you want, and we’ll arrange everything.
